BIRDIES FOR CHARITY
The Beaufort Women’s Center will be participating in the
2010 Heritage Classic Birdies for Charity again this year.
NO, we won’t be playing but they offer a very simple
concept and an easy way for supporters to pledge a small
amount to the Heritage Classic in the name of our organization.
This year the Heritage Classic will be played during the week
of April 12th – 18th. AND, 100% of all pledge collections made
for the BWC are remitted back to us with some¬thing added by
the Heritage Classic Foundation. Please visit
www.heritageclassicfoundation.com, click on charities,
Birdies for Charity in the drop down menu, choose your favorite
charity (BWC) and, then, click to submit a pledge. Example from 2009:
(THERE WERE 1321 BIRDIES IN 2009) 1 cent pledge = $13.21

2 cent pledge $26.42, 5 cent pledge $66.05, 10 cent pledge $132.10.
You, also have the option of pledging a set amount. The Beaufort
